Q: How can I transfer old emails and outlook addresses that have not been transferred to G-MAIL? A: Although it is functionally possible to set up a forwarding service, we have to comply with the National Institutes of Natural Sciences Information Security Standard 6.1(15)1, which prohibits the use of the forwarding function by individuals. Q: How do I delete a chat room that I just tried to create?
A: You cannot delete a chat room completely. You can leave a chat room yourself.

Q: G Suite also has a Google Hangouts service. How is it different? I've been using Hangouts, but should I switch to Meet?
A: Hangouts will soon be unsupported. Please use Meet in the future.

Q: How should I think about using MyDrive's folder sharing and shared drives?
A: The shared drive is owned by the operational organization. There is no need to migrate data in the event of a retirement or move.

Q: If I stop working at NIBB and move to another organization, I will not be able to use G-suite! I  Isn't it?
A: If you are not a professor emeritus, you can use the G Suite environment of the three Okazaki institutes when you retired or moved. It will be eliminated.
