Email Client Settings
Email client
You can use the same email client as before, just set up your Google Workspace account . However, after the transition to two-step verification, OAuth2 will not be available unless OAuth2 can be set as the authentication method.
You can use IMAP and POP3 as the receiving protocol. If you don't want your mail to remain on the server, please use POP3. Otherwise, we recommend you to use IMAP. In order to use these two protocols, you must have permissions set in Gmail.
You can use Gmail in the browser, taking full advantage of the Google Workspace groupware environment. To do so, I'd like to take this opportunity to move to a Gmail reading environment with a browser. I highly recommend that you use Google Workspace. Chrome, in particular, is a great addition to the Google Workspace.
Before the transition to 2-step verification
You must register a Google Workspace account with each client. However, the app may be deemed to be "less secure" and may fail to authenticate. In this case, please register the two-step authentication and switch to the post-transfer settings.

After the transition to two-step verification

How to use the mailing list address as the sender
Some of you may have registered multiple sender information in your email client and use a different sender (From:) for each email. You can still use this feature after transition to Google Workspace, but you will need some configuration on the Gmail side. Please refer to the "Google Workspace Mastery" website for instructions on how to add addresses to Gmail.
